I have read many reviews of this French website, and I wanted to share my own experience. I was looking for an original instrument for my music practice, and I found many positive testimonials.
An article dedicated to reviews of the Exodrum convinced me to choose Instruments du Monde. The shop offers quality instruments and reliable customer service. My experience with it was very positive, as I will show you.

My Buying Experience with Instruments du Monde
I looked for a new instrument in the shop. Navigation was simple, and each product was well described, which helped me make my choice.
There are more than 200 models of Tibetan singing bowls online. That is far more than in a traditional store.
When it came time to pay, I appreciated the 14-day guarantee. It reassures me when I order online. I had also noticed that the prices were lower here than in other shops.
The site also offered seasonal promotions. That convinced me to buy more quickly.
My payment went through in just a few clicks. I received a clear confirmation email. This process gave me confidence from the start. I am now eager to discover other rare instruments at Instruments du Monde.
The Strengths of the Instruments I Discovered
I spent hours looking at different models, and I quickly understood the importance of every detail. For example, a 35-centimeter tongue drum offers a deeper sound, ideal for meditation.
Exceptional Sound Quality
The first strike of the mallet on the 432-hertz tongue drum I received transported me. This frequency is often associated with relaxation and sound therapy. The instrument offers rich tones that stimulate creativity.
The Instruments du Monde catalog also offers kalimbas and Tibetan singing bowls. There is something to satisfy very different tastes.
Responsive Customer Service
After sending a message, I received a reply in under 48 hours. This quick response reassured me and helped me choose my instrument with confidence.

A Few Minor Reservations
One review mentions a 100-euro instrument that never arrived, but it was apparently a lost parcel that was later resent. A few people experienced a slight delay, but most remain satisfied with the communication and professionalism of Instruments du Monde.
Why I Chose Instruments-du-monde.com
I wanted to support a French site, close to its customers and invested in its field. Instruments-du-monde.com gave me the impression of being a serious, precise and varied shop. I was able to examine each reference without concern.
My goal was simple: to find an authentic instrument with a transparent buying experience. This shop met that criterion, without suspicious offers. I found a responsive contact, and I felt that my purchase would be properly followed up.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Instrument
Mastering an instrument requires simple, regular actions. I observe its structure and listen to each note. I also set up maintenance routines to preserve the sound quality of my tongue drum or handpan.
I draw on various resources to improve. A guide or booklet is useful when starting out. For more details, I consult this guide to choosing a tongue drum to better understand the different models.
Maintenance Tips
I clean my instrument with a soft cloth to preserve its resonance. I store it away from knocks and temperature changes. This regular care ensures a clear and pleasant sound.
Learning Guides
I start with simple exercises and progress at my own pace. I sometimes join groups to stimulate my practice and try new melodies.
| Number of notes | Recommended use |
|---|---|
| 6 to 11 | Ideal for a child or for intuitive playing |
| 12 to 15 | Suitable for a beginner adult wanting more possibilities |
Conclusion
I compared sites such as Panda Drum, Karma Drum and Instruments du Monde. Karma Drum, created on December 28, 2022, reportedly does not show any clearly identifiable legal registration. This lack of transparency calls for caution, especially since some offers and testimonials seem suspicious.
Panda Drum offers attractive promotions and a 4.8/5 rating. However, the reviews are difficult to find. I therefore remain cautious about this type of marketing.
I turned to Instruments-du-monde.com to buy a quality tongue drum. The shop offers more than 100 models and responsive customer service. I enjoyed testing my instrument and discovering new sounds.
I also invite you to visit La Musique Sismique. This site opens up new musical horizons. For my part, I recommend Instruments du Monde as a reliable shop for an enriching musical journey.
